The first of many projects with Microsoft's Health Solutions Group (HSG). Helped with product direction and user experience for HSG's flagship application, HealthVault, including co-creation sessions with stakeholders and consumers, full information architecture, page design, and graphic design.
Forged a 2+ year (and still ongoing) partnership, working with their development team to help improve Fieldglass's enterprise SAAS offering through ethnographic research and user-centered design.
Helped Threadless identify why shoppers were leaving the site, even though they had full shopping carts, through expert review and co-creation sessions with actual customers. Designed new search, filters, and checkout funnel to correct the identified issues.

Designed the award-winning patient-provider portal for NewYork-Presbyterian hospital based on field research and actual patient experiences. Linking the offline patient experience with online tools, we helped NYP concept and design a portal that made planning trips to the hospital and getting access to online medical records pain-free for their patients.
Provided information design, prototyping, brand analysis and brand extension applied to the design of a new patient-provider portal allowing users to easily locate their physician, obtain medical information, schedule appointments, and access their digital medical records.
