Task Matrix
A Task Matrix captures a list of activities that users complete. Often, this includes which users perform each task (if there are multiple users).
Based on user research, a task matrix can help make sense of the importance of various tasks a user might accomplish within a digital product. Research might even show that tasks originally ranked higher in importance by the team are less important to users!
