Scenarios extend personas to describe how they would act in different situations, telling stories about how they behave and what they think throughout the process.
In many cases, scenario are skipped in favor of Journey Maps. However, in some cases, they can provide a quick and simple way to tell stories using your personas. Identify a few common tasks or behaviors, then describe how the persona-user would approach that task.
