Understanding people and how they interact with the world around them is something Jon cares deeply about. That and iterating on solutions to people's problems.
Jon comes to Fuzzy Math with prior experience in solving problems for a wide array of users in industries as varied as insurance, aviation, financial services, and book publishing. He’s worked with design consultancies and in-house teams to implement leading design practices, and he sees the value of empathy, user research, and ideation in every problem he approaches. He has a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University, and he joined Fuzzy Math in 2017.
When he’s not traveling or exploring Chicago’s restaurants and local attractions, he’s at home, atop his cozy perch in Chicago’s Boystown neighborhood – people watching, catching up on book club reads, and sipping copious amounts of Dark Matter coffee.
